We collect building permits across the Austin metro every day, so we see where the work actually is. Here’s a county-by-county snapshot of construction activity in 2026, based on the qualified leads (scored 70+ for remodel and build intent) flowing through our pipeline.
Travis County — the volume king
50+ scored leads a day on average, split between the City of Austin’s feed and Travis County’s own permit office. Bathroom and kitchen remodels lead the mix inside Austin, with steady new construction in communities like Del Valle, Manor, Bee Cave, and Lakeway.
Williamson County — new-construction country
Roughly 6 scored leads a day from Georgetown and Cedar Park. The mix here skews heavily to new single-family construction — subdivisions and custom builds — which means builder-driven work and long finish schedules.
Hays County — the I-35 growth corridor
Around 4 scored leads a day across three separate feeds: San Marcos, Dripping Springs, and Buda. The Austin–San Marcos corridor remains one of the fastest-growing stretches in Texas, and Buda in particular shows strong new-home activity.
Bastrop County — the eastern frontier

Burnet County — small but high-value
Volume is modest — a handful of qualifying permits a week from Marble Falls — but the projects skew toward custom lake homes and remodels around Lake Marble Falls and Lake LBJ, where budgets run high.
