Where does the lead data come from?+
We pull directly from official city permit databases — the same public records that cities like Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio publish daily. Every lead is a real homeowner who just filed a construction permit. No lead brokers, no recycled lists.
How are leads scored?+
Our scoring engine analyzes permit type, project description, valuation, and work class to assign a 0–100 remodel & build intent score. A new single-family home scores 95. A bathroom remodel scores 80. Sign permits and fences score 0. You only see leads scored 70 and above.
Can I choose my territory?+
Yes. After you sign up, your territory is automatically set to cover all available leads in your metro area so you start getting leads right away. You can then narrow it down to specific ZIP codes from your dashboard at any time.
What format do leads arrive in?+
All customers receive a daily lead list by email every morning with columns for address, city, ZIP, lead score, permit type, description, project valuation, square footage, applicant name, and contractor. Pro customers also get dashboard access with filtering and a tracking button.
What is the Takeoff Tool and who gets it?+
The Takeoff Tool is our PDF blueprint estimating software — upload blueprints, calculate square feet and lineal feet for any room or wall, and send selections to your customer for verification. Pro subscribers get unlimited access for the life of their subscription.
