What exactly is in a lead?
Address, city and ZIP, permit type and work type (new construction, remodel, addition), square footage and valuation when the city reports them, the contractor or builder, the applicant name and phone number when the permit has one, the issue date, and our 0–100 intent score with its breakdown. Everything comes from the city's official permit records.
How are the 50 chosen?
Every permit scoring 70 or higher in your county from the last 30 days, excluding anything you already own. Sorted phone numbers first, then score, then newest. Several permits on the same project count once.
What if I buy again?
You get the next 50 best leads you don't already have. Your dashboard keeps every pack you've bought. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
What if there aren't 50?
In a slow month we deliver what qualifies and tell you the real number, then top you up free as new permits post. We never pad a pack with weak leads.
Why no phone numbers outside Travis?
Austin's permit feed publishes contact phones; the smaller cities' portals don't yet. Those packs still carry the address, project details and contractor name. We're adding contact data for them.
